1. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the site at Dunearn Road to the highest tenderer, CSC Land Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., Sekisui House, Ltd. and Frasers Property Phoenix II Pte. Ltd.
2. The site at Dunearn Road was launched for tender on 8 April 2025. The tender for the site closed on 26 June 2025. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
