1. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the site at Bayshore Road to the highest tenderer, Sing-Haiyi Garnet Pte. Ltd.
2. The site at Bayshore Road was launched for tender on 26 November 2024. The tender for the site closed on 18 March 2025. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
