Tender Award for URA Sale Site at Lentor Central
1) The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the site at Lentor Central to the highest tenderer, GuocoLand (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., Intrepid Investments Pte. Ltd. and TID Residential Pte. Ltd.
2) The site at Lentor Central was launched for tender on 8 December 2025. The tender closed on 3 March 2026 and was offered on a 99-year leasehold tenure.
3) The awarded site is zoned for residential development and forms part of the growing Lentor precinct, which has seen multiple GLS sites awarded in recent years.
