1. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the site at Holland Link to the highest tenderer, Sim Lian Land Pte Ltd and Sim Lian Development Pte Ltd.
2. The site at Holland Link was launched for tender on 3 December 2024. The tender for the site closed on 29 July 2025. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
