Tender Award for URA Sale Site at Bedok Rise

1) The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the site at Bedok Rise to the highest tenderer, Bellis Residential Pte. Ltd.

2) The site at Bedok Rise was launched for tender on 18 September 2025. The tender closed on 27 November 2025 and was offered on a 99-year leasehold tenure.
